Welcome. This page covers how we work together — clearly and in plain language. By being a member, you agree to the policies below. If anything’s ever unclear, just write to us at legal@imprfct.io and we’ll talk it through.
On this page: Terms of Service · Refund Policy · Code of Conduct · IP & Confidentiality · Privacy · Membership & Termination
1. TERMS OF SERVICE
Who we are. “Company” means Youngpreneur Ventures Private Limited, operating as Imperfect Labs. “You” or “Member” means the person who has signed up for one of our programs.
What you get. Your membership includes the sessions, community access, coaching, content support, and other benefits listed for your plan. We may adjust formats (live, group, recorded), swap which team members deliver, and improve our curriculum over time — the core value of your plan stays intact.
Payment. Fees are payable upfront for the membership term unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable.
Results. We give you our best frameworks, feedback, and support — but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes like follower counts or revenue. Results depend on your effort, your niche, and factors outside anyone’s control.
Communication. Official updates come only from our @imprfct.io email and our official support number. Messages from any individual’s personal account aren’t official commitments by the Company.
Changes. We may update these policies over time. We’ll notify you of any material change by email; smaller updates take effect when posted here. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before any issue arose. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Law. These terms are governed by Indian law, under the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
2. REFUND POLICY
Memberships are non-refundable. When you join, we start work right away — onboarding, planning, access, and holding your place in live sessions. Because of this, membership fees are not refundable once you’ve enrolled.
Want to step away? You can transfer instead. Your membership has value, so instead of a refund, you’re welcome to pass it on to someone else. A one-time transfer fee of ₹50,000 + GST applies, and the new member takes over the time remaining on your plan. Just write to us at legal@imprfct.io to set it up.
If we end your membership. If we ever end it without cause, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for the unused months. If we end it for cause (see Membership & Termination), no refund applies.
Processing. Any approved refund is returned to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Payment gateway fees and GST already remitted are non-refundable.
If something isn’t working for you, talk to us first at legal@imprfct.io — we’d genuinely rather fix it than have you leave.
3. CODE OF CONDUCT
This applies across all our spaces — community, live sessions, group calls, and meetups.
- Treat members, team, and guests with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
- Keep member-only discussions confidential. Don’t record or screenshot others’ content without permission.
- Don’t use our spaces to solicit members for outside services or competing offers.
- Be honest about your association with us — don’t claim our team’s collective results as your individual work, and don’t represent yourself as an authorised spokesperson unless appointed.
- Don’t make false or misleading public statements about the Company or other members.
If something’s wrong, tell us at legal@imprfct.io. We handle reports confidentially. Depending on severity, violations can lead to a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from membership without refund.
4. IP & CONFIDENTIALITY
What’s ours. Our frameworks, methodologies, scripts, templates, session recordings, and branded materials are the property of the Company.
What you can do with it. As a member, you have a personal license to use everything we teach for your own brand, business, and growth. That’s the whole point.
What you can’t do. During your membership and for 12 months after it ends, please don’t reproduce, teach, coach, or sell our frameworks externally, or build a competing offer substantially based on them.
Your work is yours. Your accounts, content, and personal brand belong to you. We claim no ownership of what you create — the work is yours, the underlying frameworks remain ours.
Testimonials. With your permission, we may feature your wins and results in our marketing. You can withdraw that permission anytime.
Confidentiality. Please keep our internal operations, strategy, pricing, and other members’ personal stories confidential. These obligations continue after your membership ends.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
We follow the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect. Your name, contact details, address, payment information (processed by Razorpay — we don’t store full card numbers), social handles, goals, and engagement data.
How we use it. To deliver your membership, communicate with you, process payments, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
Who sees it. Authorised team members on a need-to-know basis, and trusted providers like Razorpay, Google Workspace, GHL, and Skool. We share with authorities only on valid legal request.
How long. We keep your data during your membership and for up to 7 years afterward to meet tax and legal requirements.
Your rights. You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and raise grievances. Write to legal@imprfct.io.
Security. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
6. MEMBERSHIP & TERMINATION
You can leave anytime. Write to legal@imprfct.io. Refunds follow the Refund Policy above. Your access continues until the end of your current cycle unless you ask otherwise.
We may end a membership for cause — immediately and without refund — for things like: breaking these policies, misusing our IP, soliciting members or team, non-payment, false or defamatory public statements, or conduct that harms the community. For non-severe issues, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We may end a membership without cause with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund for unused time.
After membership ends, your confidentiality and IP obligations continue as described above.
Questions? Write to us at legal@imprfct.io. We’re real people and we’ll get back to you.
