This policy explains how Youngpreneur Ventures Private Limited (Imperfect Labs) handles your personal data, in line with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

1. What we collect

Payment	Plan, amount, payment status. Card and bank details stay with the payment provider.
Profile	Social handles, niche, goals, business details
Progress	Attendance, content submitted, feedback given, results you share
Communication	Messages with our team, call and session recordings
Technical	IP address, device and browser data, cookies on our website

We do not ask for government ID numbers.

2. Why we use it

To deliver your program and give you access to our tools and spaces
To process payments, invoices and taxes
To send updates about your membership, sessions and policy changes
To improve our programs
To enforce our policies and meet legal duties
To tell you about our other programs. You can opt out anytime.

3. Calls and sessions are recorded

Sales calls, onboarding calls and live sessions may be recorded for quality, training and member access. If you don't want a call recorded, tell us at the start.

Only with tools and partners that help us run the program, and only what they need:

Payments: Razorpay and our other payment and EMI partners
Operations: Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, Make, Airtable, Notion
Community and sessions: Skool, WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet
Call recording and notes tools
Authorities, when the law requires it

We never sell your data. Some of these providers store data outside India.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are a member. After that, we keep financial and tax records for up to 8 years as the law requires, and delete or anonymise the rest within a reasonable time unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

show you the data we hold about you,
correct or update it,
delete it (except what we must keep by law),
withdraw any consent you gave, such as for marketing or testimonial use.

Withdrawing consent stops future use. It does not undo use before the withdrawal.

Write to legal@imprfct.io. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

We use access controls, role-based permissions and secure cloud tools. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Age

Our programs are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for basic functions and analytics. You can turn them off in your browser.

10. Changes

We will email you about material changes and log every change in the Changelog.
