1. What belongs to us

Youngpreneur Ventures Private Limited owns all program material, including:

• the 100x Engine method and its frameworks, scripts, templates, checklists and SOPs,
• the Happy Hour, Viral Hour and Blue Ocean Strategy session formats,
• the War Room and Boiler Room documents and trackers,
• all session recordings, trainings and audit formats,
• the Imperfect Labs, Imprfct and 100x Engine names, logos and designs.

2. What you can do

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use our material for your own brand, content and business while you are a member.

3. What you can't do

During your membership and for 12 months after it ends, you may not:

• copy, share, publish or resell our material,
• teach, coach or train others using our frameworks,
• build a competing program or service based on our material,
• use our names or brand without written permission.

4. What belongs to you

Your accounts, handles, audience, content and business stay yours. Content you create using our frameworks is yours. The frameworks stay ours.

5. Confidentiality

Keep private anything shared with you in confidence: other members' information, our internal processes and our commercial terms.

6. Breach

A breach can lead to termination without refund and legal action, including claims for damages and court orders to stop the breach.

7. After you leave

Sections 3, 5 and 6 continue after your membership ends.
