This applies to everyone who works with or for Imperfect Labs, including employees, interns and contractors ("you"). Working with us means you accept it.
Everything you create while working on Imperfect Labs belongs to Youngpreneur Ventures Private Limited. This includes SOPs, checklists, templates, scripts, hooks, frameworks, trainings, designs, videos, edits, recordings, documents and code. It covers past and future work. You assign all rights in that work to the Company, worldwide, for its full legal life.
Your skills, general knowledge and anything you created before joining, or outside your work for Imperfect Labs, stay yours.
During and after your time with us, keep private: member data and contact details, member results and conversations, pricing and commercial terms, internal processes and unreleased material.
For 12 months after you leave, don't offer our members or clients services that compete with Imperfect Labs, and don't use our material to do so.
Return or delete all Company material and hand over every login and account you managed.
Indian law applies. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
