This applies everywhere you interact with us: Skool, WhatsApp, Notion, live sessions, meetups and direct messages with the team.
1. Respect
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or personal attacks.
- No sexual, obscene, illegal or harmful content.
- Honest reviews and criticism, positive or negative, are always welcome, in our spaces and in public. What we don't allow is knowingly false statements of fact about us, our team or other members.
2. Privacy of others
- What members share in our spaces stays there. Don't share anyone's wins, drafts, stories or messages outside without their permission.
- Don't collect, share or use other members' phone numbers, emails or handles for anything outside the community.
- Don't record sessions yourself. We record them and share recordings with members.
3. Your access is yours
- Don't share your login, Notion links, recordings or invite links with anyone.
- Don't add people to our groups.
- Don't pitch your products or services to members through our spaces without our permission.
- Don't approach our team, clients or vendors to offer competing work.
- Members working together by mutual choice is encouraged.
5. Representing us
- Don't claim to work for, speak for or partner with Imperfect Labs unless we have appointed you.
- Don't present our results or credentials as your own.
6. Reporting
Report anything that breaks this code to legal@imprfct.io. We keep reports confidential.
7. What happens if it's broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, pause your access, or end your membership without refund under the Termination Policy.
