Imperfect Labs memberships (Live Profile Reviews, 100x Engine and VIP White Glove) are online services. They are delivered through live sessions, recordings, community spaces (Skool, WhatsApp), working documents (Notion) and feedback from our team. Nothing physical is shipped, except the welcome kit described below.
Your membership term starts on the date of your first payment. Once you pay and accept our policies during onboarding, we share your access to the program spaces by email or WhatsApp.
100x Engine and VIP members receive a welcome kit. We ship it to the address you share during onboarding. If it hasn't arrived, write to legal@imprfct.io.
If you haven't received your access, a session link or anything else you paid for, write to legal@imprfct.io and we will fix it.
