Content and Testimonial Use Policy

1. Three levels of use

Level	What we may share	Your permission
Combined numbers	Totals across members, like total views or followers gained. Nobody is identifiable.	Not needed
Anonymised	Your wins, results and feedback, with your name, face, handle and contact details hidden	The optional box during onboarding, or a yes later
Named	Your name, face or handle shown with your result or story	A separate yes from you for each piece

If you leave the optional box unticked, we only use combined numbers.

2. Session clips

Group sessions and live reviews may be clipped for our content. If you appear in a clip without named permission, we hide your face, name and handle.

3. Honest use only

We only publish real feedback and results from real members.
We may shorten feedback or fix spelling, but never change its meaning.
If you received anything in return for a testimonial, we say so next to it.
Results shown are individual. They are not a promise of what you will get.

4. Changing your mind

Write to legal@imprfct.io anytime. We stop new use straight away and remove your content from our own website and accounts within 15 days. Content that others have already shared or reposted may stay up.

5. Your content stays yours

Using your feedback or results does not give us ownership of your accounts or content.
