1. Who we are

Imperfect Labs (also "Imprfct") is a brand of Youngpreneur Ventures Private Limited, CIN U74999DL2019PTC346284, registered office D-7A, Manohar Park, East Punjabi Bagh, Delhi 110026 ("we", "us"). "You" means the person who joins a program.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept these Terms and every policy listed at imperfectlabs.net/legal when you tick the acceptance box during onboarding. Paying for, or using, any program also counts as acceptance. We record the version you accepted, the date and time, and your email. Access to program spaces opens once you accept. You must be 18 or older to join.

3. What you get

Your program includes what was described to you at the time of purchase for your plan (100x Engine, Live Profile Reviews or VIP). Delivery can include live sessions, group reviews, recordings, community spaces (Skool, WhatsApp), working documents (Notion) and feedback from our team.

We may change session formats and timings, update material, and assign different team members to support you. If we stop offering a part of your plan, we will give you something of equal value.

4. Membership term

Your term is the length of the plan you bought (for example 1, 2 or 3 years). It starts on the date of your first payment. Access ends when the term ends unless you renew.

5. Payments

You can pay in full or through an instalment option we offer, such as no-cost EMI or UPI autopay.
An EMI is a separate agreement between you and the lender. Ending your membership does not end that loan.
If an instalment is missed, we may pause your access after 7 days. If it stays unpaid for 30 days, we may end your membership under the Termination Policy, and the remaining balance stays payable.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments, invoices, EMIs and refunds are handled only at accounts@imprfct.io.
The fee you paid is fixed for your current term. Renewals are charged at the price we offer at renewal.

6. No guaranteed results

We don't promise followers, views, leads, income or any other outcome on our own, because results depend on your effort, your niche and platform changes. What we do promise is in section 2 of the Refund and Transfer Policy: if you do the work and miss the target we agree with you, we refund 100%.

7. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and keep it updated.
Show up, do the work, and follow the Code of Conduct.
Keep your login, links and community access to yourself. Access is for you only.

8. Official channels

We only communicate officially from emails ending in @imprfct.io, our Skool community, our WhatsApp community and the WhatsApp groups we create for you. Promises made by anyone through personal numbers or personal accounts do not bind us. If a current or former team member offers you services privately, tell us at legal@imprfct.io.

9. Session recordings

Live sessions may be recorded. Recordings belong to us and may be shared with members. How we use clips is covered in the Content and Testimonial Use Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

Every change gets a new version number and a line in the Changelog.
Small changes (wording, process, tools) apply when published. We email you when they go live.
Material changes are emailed to you at least 15 days before they apply.
The fee, refund terms and term length you bought under never change during your current term, unless a change gives you more.
If you keep using the program after a change applies, you accept it.

11. Limit of liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or business.

12. Events outside our control

Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages, platform shutdowns, government action, natural disasters or illness.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms follow the laws of India. Both sides will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith, in writing (legal@imprfct.io). If that fails, the courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the linked policies are the full agreement between us and replace anything said before, unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
