Srishti is a watch enthusiast who helps Indian men find the right watch for their personality, lifestyle and stage of life. She joined 100x Engine unsure if a watch page would work. Four weeks into posting with a clear plan, her reels were passing 100K views and the watch industry was reaching out.

Srishti loves watches. She calls herself a very aware consumer in this space, with a taste for specific dial shapes and even the font used on a dial. People in her circle already came to her when they had a budget and wanted a watch.
When she joined 100x Engine, she wasn't sure about doing watch content at all. "I was not fully sure of this whole watch thing," she says of the time she spoke to Riddhima before joining. She had multiple ideas in her head about what she could do.
She also wanted to speak to women. She believes most watch brands overlook women, and that this will change. But she wasn't sure who would watch, or where to start.
Over their calls, Shivansh and Srishti worked out where she should play. They landed on one line: she helps Indian men choose the watch that belongs on them, not just a good watch. Women's watches stay, but as about one reel in five, until that market grows. "I actually agree with you," she says.
Her brand now sits on three pillars: matching a watch to a personality, preventing watch regret, and watch literacy, like what the glass on a watch means. On top of that came a ready series with 100 content ideas, hooks included, so two to three reels a week are already planned.
The most valuable input she got, she says, was being told that she is good at strategy and so keeps doing only strategy. Since then she has stopped discussing plans. She only thinks about what her next reel is, and posts it.
On the call, Shivansh went through her reels with her. A reel that opened on an Indian watch winning an Oscar got about 1,000 views. The lesson was to open with what the viewer gains. "That's exactly what I wanted," she says of the blunt feedback. She asked for feedback on her content too, and Shivansh offered a monthly call to go through her reels together.
In about four weeks of posting with the plan, 2 to 3 of Srishti's reels crossed 100K views, and two crossed 200K. Her followers grew to about 6,400.
The bigger change is who is noticing. People message her to ask which watch to buy, and to share the watches they own and the ones they want next. Corporates in her network ask her what to buy for their gifting budget. A lot of women have reached out too. A few people, including two strangers, wrote to say her plain way of talking about watches is refreshing.
People from one of India's largest luxury watch retailers began following her, and she set up a call with their marketing team. A senior watch correspondent at a watch magazine reached out too. On a call, she told Srishti that people in her office were asking who she was.
She has not charged anyone yet. Her plan is to help five people choose a watch for free first, then start charging. Content ideas, which once felt blocked, now feel endless. "Now it feels like, which one do I make, because there are so many," she says.
Her in-laws watch every reel, even the trial reels. Her husband is her biggest supporter and checks her numbers every time she posts.
These are Srishti's own numbers, shared with permission. Results depend on each member's effort, niche and starting point.

About four weeks. In that time 2 to 3 of her reels passed 100K views, two passed 200K, and her followers grew to about 6,400.
She believes women's watches are a big open space. But on the call they agreed that market will take time to grow. So she builds her name with men's watches first, and keeps about one reel in five for women.
A clear position, three content pillars, a series with 100 ready ideas and hooks, and feedback on hooks, appearance and production. Shivansh also offered her a monthly call to review her reels together.
People asking which watch to buy, corporates planning gifts, a lot of women, marketing people at a large luxury watch retailer, and a senior correspondent at a watch magazine.
