Maitry runs classes for children and corporate workshops. She had started Instagram three or four times and stopped each time, so she joined 100x Engine to build an identity of her own. In under two months she reached 10,000 followers and brands began paying her.

Maitry was doing many things at once. She runs her own classes, she does corporate workshops, and some of her work is in partnership with others. What she wanted was something that was only hers. "There had to be something that was my own," she says. Instagram had a reach that nothing else could give her, without a very big investment.
So she started. Then she stopped. She tried three or four times, and each time the motivation lasted a few days and dropped. Posting felt like a duty. She had to force herself to sit in front of the camera. Shooting one reel took her 30 to 45 minutes, and editing it took one to two hours.
Then a short message arrived from Shivansh. She had never seen anyone reach out like that, and she decided to give it a try. A week later she spoke to Riddhima. She was not rushing. She gave herself time, because she wanted a decision she would never regret. On her next call, with Shivansh, she was shown the step-by-step process and real case studies, including one where growth took eight or nine months. "You are not sugar coating anything," she says. She gave herself one year.
By day 11 the feeling had changed. "What I am doing is out of my own willingness," she said then. Early results kept her going, and that made her consistent. For someone who says she had never been consistent in her life, that was new. Now she drops her child at school and gets straight on camera.
Each week there is an exercise to improve one thing, about 1%, in every video she shoots and posts. That gave her certainty. She knows the feedback is coming and that she will act on it.
Maitry says she has never seen anyone give feedback the way Arushi does. "At no point of time she makes me feel that I have done something wrong," she says. It is always about getting better. She now uses the same method when she gives feedback to the children she teaches.
A reel now takes her less than five minutes to shoot and about ten minutes to edit, and she edits herself. Parul shared a sheet of ideas with her early on. When Maitry did her first Instagram Live, on a trip with a big group in a small villa, Parul helped make it feel easy.
In under two months Maitry reached 10,000 followers. At one point her professional dashboard showed more than 2 million impressions. "20 lakh people are watching us," she says. She gets DMs almost every day from parents who tried the ideas in her videos and saw a change in their child. Messages have come from Australia, Canada, Nepal, Pakistan and the US.
Interest in her work has grown with it. More than 40 people have asked if she offers online classes, and she plans to launch them soon. Her offline classes have always had a waitlist. She keeps one teacher for every four children, so a batch can take only 20 children, once a week.
Brands came too. Her first four collaborations were barter, and on Arushi's advice she used them to build a portfolio. Then three brands paid her: ₹2,500, ₹4,000 and ₹2,000. One of them came back to her for a second product. People in her neighbourhood, and people she has never met, now tell her family they watch her videos. Her husband posts about her too.
These are Maitry's own numbers, shared with permission. Results depend on each member's effort, niche and starting point.

The process convinced her. On her call with Shivansh she was taken through a step-by-step way of finding a person's real personality and story. She also liked that nothing was sugar coated. She was even shown a member whose growth took eight or nine months.
Less than five minutes to shoot and about ten minutes to edit. Before, shooting took her 30 to 45 minutes and editing took one to two hours.
It has started. Three brands are paying her for content, and over 40 people have asked her for online classes, which she plans to launch soon.
