Anamika is a coach who helps women grow, heal and become their best selves. She had posted since 2020 and tried ads, agencies and teams, but her reach stayed stuck. With 100x Engine she learned how to present her content, and her reels started reaching lakhs of people.

Anamika opened her Instagram account in 2020, during Covid. She has posted more than 2,000 times since. Early on, someone set her up with bot followers and likes. The numbers looked good, but it felt fake to her, so she shut it down after two months. After that she tried outside teams, posted on her own when she had time, and ran Facebook and Instagram ads. She worked with agencies for two to three years.
None of it fixed her reach. A video would get 400, 500 or 600 views. "1,000 views felt like a big thing," she says. Her followers sat between 20K and 25K. Her comments came from three or four people she knew, or a client being kind.
She believed her content was good and helpful. What she couldn't solve was why it didn't reach people. "I didn't understand that puzzle," she says.
In weekly sessions the team went through her videos one at a time. Her background music didn't match her message. The beats were too heavy. The music told one story and the title told another. "Even if your content is good, you have to present it in a manner" that the algorithm likes first, she says. Then it pushes the reel to people, and then people like it.
The team showed her how to hold certain moments on screen as visual hooks. These were the small pieces that had to sit in the right places. Before, she thought good content alone was enough.
When she joined, another team was offering to edit her videos and write her scripts. 100x Engine offered something different: a team that would coach her on what works and how to post it. It felt strange at first. But she said yes on the phone, and when they met she sensed a hardworking team that thinks differently. A long questionnaire and a video she was asked to make at the start told her the team does in-depth research.
Parul reminded her about her sessions and held her accountable. Anamika liked that the team follows a system, from meetings and follow-ups to WhatsApp groups and weekly sessions with experts. She also names Sanket and Arushi for their work culture and passion.
When her own social media team suggested running an ad, she said no. Everything stayed organic. She followed what the 100x Engine team told her, even when changing her hooks felt odd to her at first.
Her best reel has about 37 lakh views and reached about 31 lakh people. It brought her about 5,000 followers. Another reel at 870K views brought about 3,000. Her first reel to cross 100K views is now pinned at 470K+.
She now has 42K followers and gained about 10K in the last month. Followers used to come in 50s and 100s per video. Now they are more consistent. Her reels get so many relatable comments that one crossed about 1,000. People write things like "this is my story" and "how do you know about my wife?"
Two well-known singers liked her videos, and one replied to her message to say her content is inspiring. Her client work has also become regular. She coaches clients in 3-month blocks, and there used to be a gap before the next client. Now a client extends or a new one comes in, so there is no gap. A free group session she announced on her stories drew 50 to 60 people.
Her daughters used to worry she couldn't go viral without making cringe content. When her videos did well, they were the happiest of all. Now when someone asks one of them what her mother does, she says: "Google my mother."
These are Anamika's own numbers, shared with permission. Results depend on each member's effort, niche and starting point.
