Sneham moved to London in 2019 to study and work, until Covid brought her home. Back in India she got a job as a stylist with Cosmopolitan and Harper's Bazaar, handling three magazines. It looked like a dream job, but it felt pointless to her. "I'm not just a hanger carrying clothes around," she says. "I need to add value."
She left the job in 2021, trained as an image consultant for 15 months, and started her own business in 2023. Being in Patna made it hard to find clients, so Instagram was meant to open her up to the rest of the country. It didn't, at first. Her first videos got a handful of likes, mostly from friends, and soon even they stopped sharing. A styled fashion video took real effort, from buying and styling the clothes to make-up and setting up the camera, and got five likes.
Over about a year she grew from 700 to 5K followers, partly through paid boosts that brought the wrong audience. Then a carousel about dating as a plus-size woman took off and carried her to 10K. Her account was still a mix of dating posts, brand posts and random content, with no clear direction. That's when she heard from Shivansh.
On day one the team gave her a small set of content themes and the hooks to go with them. Before, she wanted to try something new every day. Now she makes the next ten videos on a theme that works, and only then moves on. "That repetition wasn't in me," she says.
Her videos used to be head-and-shoulders talking. The team asked her to stand full figure in front of the camera, which was far outside her comfort zone. She trusted the process and did it anyway.
In one session she admitted she had never fully owned being plus-size. Shivansh told her that would be the biggest unlock, and it was. She now shows up as she is, and a "wearing versus styling" idea from those sessions has since become paid brand work.
Weekly calls with the team, Happy Hour and video feedback meant she never felt alone after paying. "It doesn't feel like we just put in our money and there's no back and forth," she says. When she didn't know who to ask about something, Parul helped her sort it out.
In two months Sneham went from about 10K to 34.1K followers, with 5.8 million impressions on her professional dashboard. Stylists and photographers she has followed for years now follow her back.
More importantly for her business, the money moved. She earned about ₹1 lakh in two months, where her previous ₹1 lakh had taken six. Clients have started coming in, and so many brands reach out that she now says no to most of them. On the team's advice she raised her prices, quoting ₹25,000 for a reel, and one brand agreed to ₹40,000 for three reels. Unpaid offers now get a polite no, and gifts only get a story.
Her parents, who backed her when she left her job, celebrated with a surprise cake at a resort in Jaipur. Her father now checks her numbers every day, and wants an Instagram account of his own after he retires.
These are Sneham's own numbers, shared with permission. Results depend on each member's effort, niche and starting point.

About two months. She joined at about 10K followers and reached 34.1K, with 5.8 million impressions and about ₹1 lakh in earnings in that time.
No. She says becoming famous on Instagram was never the plan. She wanted clients for her styling business from Patna. The bigger goal came later, on her first call, when she realised what was possible.
They gave her a few clear content themes and hooks, pushed her to film full figure, helped her own her plus-size story, and stayed with her through weekly calls, Happy Hour and video feedback.
She checked Shivansh's profile and LinkedIn first, then got on a call with her parents. Her mother, who she says reads people well, was convinced on that call. They worked out the cost month by month, and it felt like hiring someone for a month.
