Before

Where it all started.

Sahiba had been posting content, but it was not hitting the mark. Most reels got about 1,000 to 3,000 views. It was getting frustrating. By then she had realised Instagram was not her strength. "I am creating a bottleneck for myself," she says. You can't do everything alone.

So she decided to focus on her own work and bring in someone else's expertise, to use Instagram well and generate more revenue. She had already spoken to a few people. When Shivansh's message came, his name rang a bell, because someone in a business group had shared his number when she was looking for digital marketing help.

Riddhima's energy and passion on the first call stood out. Riddhima offered a call of half an hour to an hour at no charge, and Sahiba thought it was worth hearing what the team does. On the call with Shivansh it made sense. She went with her gut, and decided to try it for three months.

What changed

What made the difference.

1

Explaining it simply

Her reviewer on the team told her she was explaining things as if to herself. Some of her topics he did not understand at all. So he asked her to explain one to him, and she did it with an everyday example about a fan and its regulator. He stopped her and said that is what to say in the reel. The listener does not know what perimenopause or Hashimoto's is. "I need to really simplify things," she says.

2

Speaking as herself

She was told to speak the way she speaks, even when she sounds strict, because that is her true personality and people want to see it. A video does not have to be perfect and polished.

3

One tweak at a time

In the weekly calls she used to ask for many changes at once. She wanted results right away. Her reviewer and Sanket told her to make one small tweak at a time. When she let it flow, things started to fall in place.

4

A clear editing guide

Sanket put together guidelines for her videos, covering framing and fonts. She can see how the process has grown over the last three to four months.

Results

Where things stand now.

Sahiba grew from 13.1K to 27.1K followers, more than double. Four or five of her reels have gone viral, and their trial reels went viral too. Even during a short break from posting, her followers keep growing.

Her biggest reel came from one strategy she tried. She edited it herself, glitches and all, and posted it before a holiday in Nainital with her family. While she was away it went to 20K, then 50K, then 1 million views in about two days. It has now passed 3.6 million views and still brings her followers. Its trial reel crossed 1.5 million.

People now recognise her. At her gym, a woman stopped her mid-workout to say she follows her and loves her page, and that her videos are different from the rest. She said she isn't in menopause yet, but soon will be. When the reel crossed a million, her daughter said she had become an influencer. "I'm a nutritionist," Sahiba told her. "I'm not an influencer."

These are Sahiba's own numbers, shared with permission. Results depend on each member's effort, niche and starting point.

Questions

Asked about this story.

How long did it take Sahiba to see results?

Her first reel to reach 1 million views took about two days to get there, after some weeks of slow progress. About three to four months in, she had 27.1K followers, up from 13.1K.

What was the biggest thing she learned?

To explain things simply. Her audience does not know medical terms, so she now explains them the way she would to a friend, with everyday examples.

Why did she decide to join 100x Engine?

Her posts were not hitting the mark, and she wanted expert help so she could focus on her own work and use Instagram to grow her revenue. She liked the energy on the calls, and went with her gut.

Do the videos have to be perfect?

No. Her most viewed reel, at 3.6 million views, was one she edited herself and posted with glitches. She was told to speak as herself, not to aim for polish.
