4. Chargebacks and Disputes

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue with us.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your access to services.
• If a chargeback is initiated, Imperfect Labs | India's Biggest Content School & Personal Brand Accelerator reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of authorization and delivery.

5. Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, funded, and up to date.
