Anti-Harassment & Non-Discrimination Policy

This Anti-Harassment & Non-Discrimination Policy (“Policy”) ensures compliance with applicable labor laws and reflects our values of respect, fairness, and inclusivity across https://imperfectlabs.net and all company operations.

1. Policy Statement

We strictly prohibit harassment, discrimination, or retaliation of any kind based on:

  • Race, color, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  • Age, marital or family status
  • Religion or creed
  • Disability or medical condition
  • Pregnancy or parental status
  • Any other characteristic protected by law

Violations of this Policy will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

2. Definition of Harassment

Harassment includes unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Examples include:

  • Derogatory comments, slurs, or jokes
  • Unwanted physical contact or advances
  • Displaying offensive materials or messages
  • Intimidation, threats, or bullying

Sexual harassment, whether quid pro quo or hostile work environment, is explicitly prohibited.

3. Equal Employment Opportunity

Imperfect Labs | India's Biggest Content School & Personal Brand Accelerator provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs, not on protected characteristics.

4. Reporting Concerns

Employees who experience or witness harassment or discrimination are encouraged to report incidents promptly. Reports may be made to:

  • A supervisor or manager
  • Human resources (if applicable)
  • Directly to learn@imprfct.io for confidential handling

All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

5. Non-Retaliation

No employee will face retaliation for making a good-faith complaint or participating in an investigation. Retaliation is strictly prohibited and should be reported immediately to learn@imprfct.io.

6. Investigation Process

Upon receiving a report, Imperfect Labs | India's Biggest Content School & Personal Brand Accelerator will:

  • Conduct a timely, impartial investigation
  • Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible
  • Take corrective measures when misconduct is confirmed

Employees are expected to cooperate with investigations in good faith.

7. Responsibilities

  • Managers and Supervisors: Must model respectful behavior, prevent harassment, and respond appropriately to complaints.
  • Employees: Must treat colleagues with respect, follow this Policy, and speak up when misconduct occurs.

8. Policy Review

We will periodically review and update this Policy to ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and alignment with best practices. Updates will be posted on https://imperfectlabs.net, and employees will be expected to follow the revised Policy.
